Audit findings
- Hero is a stock-photo plated-table that 800+ other restaurants use; nothing about the room, the food, or the people who actually run the kitchen at The Iron Horse Grill.
- Menu is a screenshot or a flat PDF, no allergen filters, no price search, no way for a diner on a phone to find the gluten-free option without pinching.
- No first-party reservation flow, every Saturday-night booking either goes to voicemail or to DoorDash / OpenTable, who take a cut of the cover.
- No service-area or catering page; office-lunch searches in the Jackson metro route to a competitor instead of you.
- Google reviews exist (and they're good), zero are surfaced on the site, the trust the dining room earned isn't doing any work online.
